During a weekend in late November, 1974 at the CCBC Essex Stadium, the team won three tournament game culminating with a 2-0 championship game victory. The team finished with a 14-1-1 record with team members garnering four NJCAA All-American and 12 combined All-NJCAA Region XX and All-Maryland JUCO Conference awards. The program was led by late coaches, Ed Wren and Wayne H. Rodgers, and athletic director, Dr. Andrew F. McDonald.

The CCBC Athletics Hall of Fame Committee, under the leadership of Chairman George Henderson, selected this team to join the CCBC Athletics Hall of Fame this past fall.  Now, in its ninth year, the CCBC Athletics Hall of Fame will have a total number of 204 honorees.
