Bio

Taylor Franks joined the Knights coaching staff in summer of 2018. A former CCBC Essex volleyball student-athlete (2011-2012), Franks received an Associate of Arts in Business Administration. On the court, she was a two-time All-Region XX Division II First Team member, two-time All-Maryland Conference First Team, two-time Region XX Division II All-Tournament First Team, and was a two-time CCBC Essex Carol D. Eustis Female Athlete of the Year Nominee.

Franks began her coaching career in 2011 and was busy, coaching at Time Out for Sports Volleyball Club (Boys assistant coach, 2011-2013), The Boy's Latin School of Maryland (head boys middle school, assistant boys varsity coach 2011-2014), and Baltimore Elite Volleyball Club (assistant women's volleyball coach, 2011-present). In 2013, she was the assistant women's volleyball coach at CCBC Catonsville and in 2017 she was an assistant at Garrison Forest School.

Franks graduated from Culver-Stockton College (2017) Magna Cum Laude with a Bachlor of Science in Marketing. By day she works as a real estate agent for Long and Foster and resides in Baltimore, Maryland.
