Men's Lacrosse: Knights Release 2018 Schedule

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD -- CCBC Essex Knights men's lacrosse today announced its 2018 schedule, which begins February 24 at Suffolk County Community College (Selden, N.Y.). Second year head coach Tim King will look to guide Essex back to conference and regional titles.

Home
The Knights open its home slate on Saturday, March 10 against Genesee Community College at 12 noon and return back to CCBC Essex Field on Tuesday, March 20 to take on Finger Lakes Community College (Canandaigua, N.Y.) at 4:00 p.m.

The following Saturday, March 24, CCBC Essex will play Marland rival Anne Arundel Community College at 11:00 a.m. 

Essex closes out its home schedule for the month of against an always tough Nassau Community College team on Saturday, March 31. Faceoff at 2:00 p.m. 

On April 14, The Knights host Howard Community College at 12 noon to close out its home schedule. 

AWAY

After the New York trip, the Knights next road game is on March 6 against CCBC Catonsville.

On Saturday, March 17 the Knights will travel to Syracuse, N.Y. where they face Onondaga Community College. 

April sees the Knights travel to Bel Air on Saturday, April 5 for a game against Harford Community College. Faceoff 7:00 p.m. 

The College of Southern Maryland hosts Essex on Wedsnesday, April 11.

Heading down to Northern Virgina on Thurday, April 19 for one with Northern Virgina Community College and the Knights final road trip is April 21 at Potomac State College of WVU. (Keyser, W.Va.). 

Postseason

The 2018 NJCAA Region XX Division I Tourament will be hosted by Howard and run April 27 and 29. Game times will be announced no later than the week of the tourament.
