Bio

Danielle Durjan joined the Knights coaching staff in spring 2019 to begin her college coaching career.

A four-year collegiate women's basketball student-athlete, she spent one season at Sacred Heart University (2015-2016), one at Harford Community College (2016-2017), and finished her playing career at Towson University (2017-2019).

At Harford, Durjan played under current Knights head coach Mike Seney. She helped the Fighting Owls to a 29-4 record, a conference and regional championship, and reach the round of 16 at the NJCAA Division I Women's Basketball Championships. That same season, Durjan earned NJCAA All-Americ honors.

She helped the Tigers to their first conference championship and first bid to the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Tournament in school history. She finished at Towson with 434 career points, 76 steals, 191 rebounds and shot 73-of-92 (79%) from the free throw line. She graduated from Towson with a bachelors in Communication Studies.

Durjan attended Watkins Mill High School (Gaithersburg, Md.) where she was a three-year captain, Washington Post All-Met team, and scored over 1,200 points to average 21 points per game. 

She currently resides in Montgomery Village, Maryland.
