Bio

Abiye Jack began his collegiate coaching career in 2019, joining the Knights as an assistant and goalkeepers coach on its men's and women's soccer teams. He helped lead the men's team to its eighth straight regional title, and the women to their first reginal title in seven years and a trip to the NJCAA Division I Women's Soccer Championship for the first time in 24 years. 

He played college soccer at Frostburg State University (2009-2012), an NCAA Division II institution. He was a goalkeeper for the Bulldogs and voted team captain during his junior and senior seasons. Jack graduated from Frostburg in 2012 with a bachelors in Economics. After college, Jack played for FC Frederick (2016-2019) of the National Premier Soccer League.

Jack's coaching career began in 2013 as an assistant for Allegany High School (Cumberland, Md.). From 2014-2018, he was the varsity assistant and junior varsity head coach at Brunswick High School where he helped lead the boys team to a 1A Maryland State Championship in 2014. From 2016-2020, Jack was the head coach of FC Frederick's 2000, 2001 and 2004 teams.

He currently works for Coppermine Soccer Club as Director of Goalkeeping and coach of the 2005 Boys Premier Team, and holds a USSF National D License.
