Bio

Will Shaw is the academic advisor for men’s lacrosse and women’s basketball. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from the University of Chicago. Shaw specializes in working with targeted student populations having worked with international and immigrant students, honors students, education majors, dual enrollment students and STEM transfer students. He is certified in international advising from NAFSA, athletic advising from NACADA/NCAA and has presented multiple times on best practices in case-management and cohort advising for student athletes. Shaw is a Baltimore County native who also works at Howard Community College.
