Bio

Holland began as CCBC Essex head women's soccer coach in 2008.

Prior to coming to Essex, he coached at Sparrows Point High School and also served 11 years as the boy's varsity coach at Dundalk High School. Holland also spent time as an assistant coach at St.Mary's College of Maryland where he was a four-year letter winner. He has earned his National Diploma from the NSCAA, as well as his Level 1 goalkeeping certificate and several special topics certifications.

Holland is currently an Adjunct Professor for CCBC and the AVID Coordinator at Sparrows Point High School.
