Knights Host High School Preseason Camp

Rosedale, Md.— The CCBC Essex Knights baseball team will host a high school preseason prep camp on Sunday afternoons from 2:00-5:00pm starting January 22, 2023, with the last sessions occurring on February 26th. The camp is open for players ages 13-19 in preparation for the spring high school baseball season. 

During the camp, players will receive instruction from the coaches and players of CCBC Essex, as well as visiting college coaches.  covering fielding, throwing, pitching, and hitting. Players should bring their own personal equipment. The sessions will take place inside the CCBC Essex Wellness & Athletics Center gym so no cleats are allowed. 

Each week, there will be two sessions. The first session runs from 2:00-3:25pm, covering hitting and position play. The second session is for pitchers and catchers from 3:30-4:55pm. Participants are able to register for individual sessions ($40 each), the same session for all six weeks ($100), or both sessions all 6 weeks ($150). Registration closes January 28.
