Fitness Center
The CCBC Essex fitness center offers a wide variety of exercise and weight lifting options. From treadmills to free weights to a state of the art TRX Cross Core apparatus, you are sure to find the equipment that meets your wellness needs.
Access to the facilities is limited to CCBC Students, Faculty, Staff and Alumni, and CCBC Photo ID is required at sign-in.
ID presented to supervisor upon entry. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!
Children are not permitted in the fitness center.

The Fitness Classes meet on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM in the Essex gym. Some sessions could be outside or in the fitness training center (located on the upper level of the gym) depending upon weather or gym usage.
These fitness classes are “FREE” for faculty, staff, alumni, and students!
Feel free to “Drop-In” to any or all sessions, no need to register.
Please bring your ID Card, (or know your ID#), towel, and water to each class.
