Bio

Dave Evans joined CCBC Essex in September 2005 as an Athletic Specialist. In May 2022, he was promoted to Athletic Facilities Supervisor. 

During his tenture, he has worked regional tournaments for lacrosse, soccer, and volleyball, and the 2015 NJCAA Men’s Lacrosse National Tournament, all hosted by CCBC Essex. He oversees and maintains the athletic facilities, and also assists sports information with updating schedules and rosters on the Knights’ website.

Evans earned his Associate of Arts in General Studies from CCBC in 2003 and his Bachelor of Science in sport management, with a minor in business administration, from Towson University in May 2005. While a student at CCBC, he was a work study with the Knights’ baseball team. During his time at Towson, Evans was the equipment room student manager (2004-2005).

Evans has lived in Parkville since birth, and is a fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens. He currently resides with his wife, Kate, who is a music education professor at Towson University. Together they have a daughter, Emma, and three cats, Cali, Penny, and Diamond.
