Bio

Joe Sperato was named Athletic Facility Supervisor in April of 2015 after serving as an athletic specialist for 26 years.

In his current role, Sperato is responsible for the management of team apparel and supplies, prioritizing work assignments, and managing staff schedules, while also taking care of wellness class needs and setting up for events.

He also served as an assistance men’s soccer coach from 1994-2000. During that time, the team won six regional championships, were national tournament participants twice, and had numerous players recognized as All-Region and All-American student athletes.

Sperato, a Highlandtown resident since birth, is a life-long Manchester City and New York Yankees fan. He has been married to his wife, Lucia, for over 30 years.
