Bio

Rualo began his second stint with the CCBC Essex coaching staff in 2015. He began his coaching career with the Knights in 2009 and helped orchestrate one of the most potent face-off units in the country. 

Rualo joined the CCBC Catonsville staff in the spring of 2013 and led the face-off and wing units to a 78% winning percentage, again pitting his unit as the tops in the country.  He boasted regular season success with a 75% face-off winning percentage in five NJCAA seasons, while producing several All-Americans from the face-off and wing positions.

Rualo graduated from Calvert Hall College High School in 1993. He played lacrosse for Frank Kelly III, where he excelled at the face-off.

Upon graduating from CHC, Rualo attend and played Division I lacrosse at Mount St. Mary’s in the NEC Conference under Tom Gravante. At the Mount, he earned All-American Honorable Mention status at the face-off. After college Rualo continued to play at a high level for the  U.S.C.L.A. Champion Mt. Washington Tavern and then for Team Coors Light, The Charm City Warhawks, Kooper's Lacrosse in the A.L.L. and most recently for the  M.M.L.L. Crease Monkeys, LaxHomes and McFaul's and Kooper's Masters.

In addition to coaching at CCBC Essex, Rualo is the Director at Ultimate Face Off Lax. He has also been a staple at the All World Lacrosse Camp each July and is the managing director for the Philippine National Lacrosse Team.

During the summer of 2014, Rualo coached the New Zealand National Team as face-off and midfield coordinator at the FIL Championships in Denver, Colo. (World Cup Championships).

Rualo resides in Elkridge, Md. with his wife Sarah and son Jeremy P. Rualo Jr. (Jay).
