Bio

Fiedler joined CCBC Essex in February 2012 and has led the Knights to two Region XX Championships and an NJCAA National Tournament appearance in 2013. He has been selected Region XX Coach of the Year in both his seasons at the helm.

Prior to taking over at Essex, Fiedler was the Head Boy’s Soccer Coach at Loch Raven High School (1997-2011). During his tenure, the Raiders were two-time Baltimore County Championship Finalists, made five trips to the Maryland State semi-finals, three State Finals appearances, and captured the State Title in 2009. Fiedler’s teams received NSCAA Team Academic Awards in 13 of his 15 seasons. For his efforts, he received the 2005 NHFS State Coach of the Year and 2011 NSCAA Small School State Coach of the Year awards.

A graduate of Essex Community College (Associates of Arts) and University of Baltimore (Bachelors of Science), Fiedler resides in Parkville, Md. with his wife Barbara, son Tim and daughter Jill.
