Essex, MD- The CCBC Essex Knights saw their impressive winning streak come to an end as they played to a 3-3 draw against Cape Fear Community College in the final game of their North Carolina road trip. This marked the first time the Knights had failed to secure a victory this season. 

Avery Lane continued her goal-scoring firn with two goals for the Knights, while Mackenzie Celenza added another. Despite their offensive efforts, the Knights were unable to mainain a lead and ultimately settled for a draw.

This result will serve as a valuable learning experience for the knights as they look to bounce back and continue their pursuit of a successful season.
